Every piece deserve the proper care. In this section we list what you can do to preserve every jewel quality and condition long term. In order to better preserve your jewelry, we recommend that you avoid storing it in plastic or wooden boxes that are too hard. The ideal is to store them in soft table tops, such as velvet or soft cloths, which will prevent scraping or scratching. We also suggest that you do not store the jewelry all together, because contact may cause scratches or breakage.

We recommend that you do not wear jewelry while doing work at home or in the garden, during sports, in the shower, while tanning or during your visits to the sauna. Water mixed with detergents and detergents as well as sweat spoil the surface of pearls and stones irrevocably. Bumps might create dents and scratches that are often irreparable.

Jewelry, at least once every two years, should be brought to your trusted jeweler for general inspection and more thorough cleaning with ultrasonic equipment and brushes suitable for polishing or roughing gold from impurities or external agents.

Each ALEXIS NY Inc. creation is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity, which can be digital or paper, depending on the type of object.

We accept the following forms of payment: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, ApplePay, PayPal, gift cards and Affirm.
After an order is placed, there is temporary hold on your credit card account for the total value of the order.

Your credit card will be charged once your order ships. The authorization that was temporarily on the account now becomes a permanent charge.
If your order contains more than one item, alexisny.com will charge your credit card for each item separately after they have shipped. You will see separate charges on your credit card statement. The total value of those charges will add up to the total authorization amount.

Check to ensure the country that issued your credit card matches the region in which you are shopping. We only accept credit cards issued in the United States on our US site and cards issued in Canada on our Canadian site. However, we do accept PayPal, which can be set up with an international credit card.
In addition, note that when authorizing the purchase, alexisny.com sends a request to the issuing bank for payment approval. If the bank does not provide an authorization, here are a few possible reasons why:

The billing information is inconsistent with what the credit card company has on file.
The expiration date was entered incorrectly at check out.
The card’s CVV code is incorrect.

The balance to authorize is higher than the transaction limit set with your bank. You will need to contact your bank to authorize the charge.
In some instances, an order is cancelled due to the item no longer being in stock.

There are also times an order is cancelled due to incorrect or inconsistent customer information. If you would like to continue with your order, please ensure all credit card, billing and shipping information is accurate and create a new order on our site or by contacting Customer Care. You may also visit a Alexis NY Inc. retail store for further assistance.
The authorization should “drop” from your account within 4 -7 business days for US or Canadian credit cards depending on the bank or credit union that issued your card. Alexis NY Inc. is unable to reinstate a cancelled order.

We offer Affirm and the Jewelers Reserve Citibank financing program for in-store purchases at full-price Alexis NY Inc. in the United States. We also offer Affirm for purchases made on alexisny.com.

Prices are subject to change. We offer a one-time (single order) refund or adjustment for items purchased within 10 days of a price adjustment. All packages will go out with Fedex, UPS, and DHL, depending on customer’s preference or location.

All orders will go out from our NY’s office, unless a customer orders a specific design that the NY office doesn’t have in stock. In that case, the order will be taken with a 30% deposit and it will be sent from Italy’s office.

During these uncertain times, we are pleased to offer a full refund for alexisny.com and Alexis NY Inc. store purchases returned within 45 days of their purchase date.

All refunds will be made to the purchaser and issued to the original form of payment except cash purchases, which will be refunded by company check. Gift recipients may receive a merchandise credit.

Any merchandise purchased in a full-price Alexis NY store can be returned or exchanged at any of our full-price boutiques.

Please note: Returns must be accompanied by a sales receipt and received unaltered, unworn and in sellable condition. Some exclusions may apply. Used merchandise will not be accepted for refund or exchange unless defective. Personalized and custom designs, as well as items from the High Jewelry and EY® Signature collections, are final sale. Due to the donations we make to our charitable partners, our pink and orange rubber bracelets are also final sale.

These purchases may be exchanged or returned following our standard methods. Please refer to the options listed above.

A refund will post to your Affirm account once we process your return. For most orders, Affirm will not charge you as long as your order is returned within 30 days of the date your order was placed. If your return is processed after 30 days, you will be charged for the interest for your loan up until the return. In the event that you return only part of your order, the amount of the merchandise that you returned, along with applicable taxes and fees, will be refunded to your Affirm account, and you will be responsible for paying off the balance with Affirm.
